Pineapple, Kale & Apple Detox Smoothie

Now is a great time to make the most of kale, a wonderfully versatile home-grown vegetable packed with vitamins and flavour, and loved by food fans and chefs alike. Kale is in season now, and at its most plentiful from October until March.

Serves: 1


  • 1/4 Fresh medium pineapple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 pieces Red apple, cored and diced
  • 50 g Kale
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 200 ml Probiotic pouring yogurt


Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and bliz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass

You also can replace the pineapple with banana and add some mint.
