Ingredients
- 1/4 Fresh medium pineapple, cored and diced
- 1/2 pieces Red apple, cored and diced
- 50 g Kale
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 200 ml Probiotic pouring yogurt
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and bliz until smooth. Pour into a tall glass
You also can replace the pineapple with banana and add some mint.
