Tenants living near the Olympic stadium in London are being priced out of their homes due to rocketing rent prices.
Many tenants have seen their rent more than double as landlords try to make the most out of the high demand for places to stay in the capital this summer.
Landlords are being advised, however, by the National Landlords Association that it is more viable for them to maintain a steady tenancy than to end current tenancies and charge extortionate rates for the few short weeks of the games.
