Ingredients
- 40 ml Tanqueray Malacca Gin
- 10 ml Aperol
- 25 ml Lemon juice
- 10 ml Passion fruit syrup
- 1 dash of Peychaud bitters
- 10 ml Sugar syrup
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in the base of a Boston shaker and dry shake without ice to make it extra fluffy.
- Then fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Double strain the cocktail into a frozen cocktail glass.
- Enjoy!
