Lamb kebabs with a Greek Gods honey and cumin marinade

Try this kebab with a difference!

Serves: Makes 4


  • 150 ml Greek Gods Honey Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 450 g Lamb Leg Stakes, cubed


For the marinade:
Mix the yogurt, cumin and garlic together, then season the mixture with salt and pepper.

For the kebabs:
Place the lamb cubes onto a skewer, then place into a rectangular dish. Spoon over a third of the mixture to coat the lamb; we like to use our hands here! Cover it, then leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, ideally overnight. Refrigerate the remaining yogurt mix and use that to serve with the kebabs.

To serve:
Griddle the kebabs to your liking then serve with the dip and Greek salad.
