We do not have access to any personal identifiable information and we would never seek this information. Your IP address is logged when visiting our site, but our analytic software only uses this information to track how many visitors we have from regions.

Email Marketing

For email marketing, we use a third party secure contractor, who is GDPR compliant. The information that is held is normally limited to the name of the person and the email address.

All emails that we send have an easy to opt out option. By clicking on this unsubscribe button you are able to be removed from receiving any further emails from us. This simple opt out system ensures that you no longer receive emails, it does this by placing your email on a suppression list.

Further we never sell or pass on our email marketing data, so once you opt out you can be sure that the use of the email in any way ceases.

Online advertising

This website is a free to use website and contains advertising which pays for its upkeep; by clicking on an advertisement you help us keep the website running.

When you do this we you are sent to a third party website and you should read their privacy details before proceeding.

Internet Based Advertising

We use Facebook and Twitter advertising services and as such there are tracking codes installed on our website so that we can manage the effectiveness of these campaigns.  We do not store any personal data within this type of tracking.

How long do we hold data for?

Consumer data that we hold is limited to names and email addresses, we have an easy opt out option on all newsletter that we send out.
