Celebrities go on an Antiques Road Trip

Celebrities, including Myleene Klass and John Barrowman, will feature on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip as it returns to screens in September

BBC Two’s popular Celebrity Antiques Road Trip series will once again pair together celebrities so that they can compete in making the best antiques deals.

With a starting budget of £400, they set off on a nail-biting road trip in a classic vintage car across the UK. Their task is to buy antique items and then sell them for the highest possible profit. The money made throughout the series will be donated to Children in Need.

‘The new series of Celebrity Antiques Road Trip sees some more of the nation’s best loved celebrities hit the road and promises to be full of fun, rivalry and friendly banter,’ said Wendy Rattray, Creative Director for STV Productions.

Some of the other celebrity pairs who will also take this antique challenge include Richard Wilson and Annette Crosbie, Kate Silverton and David Hamilton and Robin Cousins and Tessa Sanderson.
