London flats third most expensive in the world
Flats in London are the third most expensive in the world

A study today by Global Property has revealed that London is the third most expensive place in the world to buy property

People buying a high-end apartment in the city centre can expect to pay an average of £14,299 per sq m.

Monte Carlo is the most expensive city with a top-end apartment costing twice as much as London at £32,777 per sq m, Moscow followed at £14,366.

Tokyo is the fourth most expensive city to buy property in followed by Hong Kong, New York, Paris, Singapore, Rome and Mumbai.
